"I have been coming here since they opened three years ago. They have a great breakfast on offer. Used to go to Slickity Jim's on Main, then discovered this place right by my home. Like it more! They provide a small salad with your breakfast, great roasted yam and potatoes, and a very good coffee to boot! Only draw back is queuing up to get in if you arrive at prime time on Sat or Sun mornings after 10:00 am. The service here is fine. I read a complaint in the West Ender newspaper in Vancouver, but they really try hard here to help you out. It is not vegetarian however, so my kosher abiding spouse can't eat here..boo hoo!"

"I was on a bike ride along the water over to Granville Island and happened upon this place. They have a nice selection of baked breads. I had the House Roasted Turkey with cranberry chutney and harvarti which comes on cranberry pistachio bread. It was...delicious"

"I've seen good reviews, and I've seen bad reviews. We were tired and hungry, and since this was open and across the street, we decided to try. The place is grungy. Against my better judgment at this point I bought 3 slices of pepper chocolate to go. It looked like it was okay. It wasn't. It wasn't fresh at all, the thin crust was chewing, not much sauce, and simply generally bad pizza. I wouldn't go back and would not recommend this place."
