"We used to go to the owner of the Store and cafe previous butcher shop in Mosman Park. This new store in MT Pleasant is just fantastic, the butcher shop area has brilliant cuts of various steaks,sausages,chickens,hot and cold meats. Fresh vegetables and wonderful loaves of Italian bread, a variety of deli lines for all your needs. They have a cafe where you can sit,either inside or outside and enjoy a coffee and cake.Great store,love going there, friendly owner Carlos and his staff are very helpful. Certainly well worth the visit."

"Rode the ole pushies for a spell before stopping here for breakfast. Long queue already. Tea and coffee arrived, cold. My panini arrived, delicious. His breakfast - where was it? We both asked. I had finished mine and am now typing this review just as his arrived. Only saving grace was the refund for the L O N G wait. Great views, sadly too many screaming children (although I knew that beforehand)."

"Amazing cafe has staff that are customer friendly only had a slight problem with an order. Highly recommend coffee here, the food is ‘ok’ for its price. Prime location and great atmosphere!"

"When a fly literally drops in the patrons coffee as you place it in front of them no matter what irrespective of what the customer says show some self respect, respect for your patron, reputation, other oatrons watching and so on and make another coffee. You're in the wrong job and perhaps on the wrong planet otherwise.Good chips Aioli scrambled eggs good, nice sourdough bread confused about the description of the dish what was put in front of me 3 slices of red chilli on the scrambled eggs is chilli eggs? My better half describes the hot chocolate as nothing special, however the Bacon egg roll gets a thumbs up.Finally, how do you literally seem to house every fly in Castlemaine within your Cafe when there are none outside?Coffee weak unfortunately I know coffee.Nice front facade reasonable pleasant enough inside apart from the flies.Just remembered, totally understand welcome service dogs anywhere not a fan of a random dog on the floor where I eat, nor was my better half or daughter.We stand by this review 100% I just bumped from 1 star to 2 stars out of the goodness of my heart."

"We popped in for lunch on a day trip further north. We were impressed with the fast, friendly service - the food & drinks arrived less than 10 minutes from ordering - and the food quality was excellent. The cafe was almost full mid-week so many others shared our opinion. Obviously a local favourite!"
