"Open table messed up our booking! We booked via the app and drove for an hour and a half to get there hotel du vin called us and explained the open table cock up they were really good and gave us a free bottle of champagne and other drinks as an apology first class response we managed to eat elsewhere but will definitely go back to hotel du vin but probably book direct with them next time and not via open table"

"Decent sushi, props to the chef. We had the sushi master selection for two people (28 pieces of assorted sushi, 2 miso soups and bottomless green tea) and some tuna sashimi at the end which came to £26 altogether which is a reasonable price for sushi from what I've seen. It's a small stall in the bullring fish market run by just the chef so it has an authentic feel and a nice atmosphere. I would recommend Otoro sushi however I suggest booking ahead as it is always busy."

"Great time spent and sat outside this beautiful old world pub. The interior is beautiful and meandering between two floors and offers original features. Cool artworks and sat along the canal watching life is very entertaining at a Saturday tea time. Very recommended"

"Myself and my friend visited here as we were in Birmingham for my friend's birthday. We opted for the bottomless champagne lunch. It was all a bit faulty towers-esque style dining. The staff were not familiar with the menu, the meat was pretty over cooked...but still very tender and good quality, it was very quiet but the music kept it from feeling empty. It was just quite unusual, but as we were enjoying bottomless champagne it made for a funny enjoyable lunch time. I don't think our experience is what the restaurant is actually going for, but we enjoyed it none-the-less. I would of given it stars, but when you're spending each on lunch tip, we did expect the staff to know what they were serving and for the beef to of come out pink as promised."

"Excellent cinema with excellent service! we were greeted by jodie, who told us everything we had to know, and while we were sitting in our another team member (I didn't catch his name! was really great when the customers were sitting behind us and helped them with their specific needs in such a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. every worker here is warm and friendly, the sofas are comfortable and they do vegan shakes!"

"Unfortunately even if I had booked the table online, they had no record of our booking for us when we arrived. but they made us come in. there were some of the dishes not on the menu that was disappointing. my man chose a starter and was then told that even outside the menu together with one of the sides with his main meal. safe, a Friday night and the beginning of a busy, the restaurant would have enough storage in?! a very disappointing view."
