"Clip Joint Way overpriced and lousy service I must say the food was very good and much better than expected. The ribeye, filet and burger dinners our family had were delicious. I also need to mention a few upsetting things that occurred during my family's dining experience. The table next to us was a party of six and was seated about 10 minutes after us. They were served drinks and appetizers before we received any service. We ordered sparkling water for the table along with some cocktails. I asked the waitress the cost of a Bourbon Manhattan and she replied by stating the drinks are around $15.00. I had no problem with that. We were served the sparkling water without any glasses. We waited about ten minutes and then had to get up to get our own glasses, as we were thirsty and wanted to enjoy our water while it was still cold. When the bill came we were charged $35.00 for the tiny Manhattan. We were all shocked! When we asked for an explanation our waitress seemed annoyed at the inquiry and said that's the way it is. She knew we were upset, yet she did nothing to make us feel better. We were a table of five and noticed that a 20% tip was automatically added to the bill. We all enjoyed the evening until the $35 drink could not be explained to us. We enjoy dining at some very high end restaurants in the city and have never been charged $35 for an ordinary drink. I called the following day to speak with the owner and was told the owners do not work on Sunday. I left a message asking for one of the owners to return my call, however, nobody called me back. That is the reason I felt the need to leave this review. Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 1/5 Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking Very hard to find parking on the street. "Decided to come and have dinner after the renovations and was immediately blown away by everything. How bright and open the lobby was. The menu was on an iPad which I thought was pretty cool and helpful as I can slip back and forth between the different menus without having to ask for a drink or dessert menu, which some places would have separately. Bonus points for pictures of the item. We were served with bread and some sort of tomato dipping oil (not bruschetta because they didn't call it that), which was so good I wish I could get it To-go. For dinner we had the sushi grade tuna, the calamari which came with a side of marinara and which I believe to be a homemade hot chili sauce, and the burrata. For my entree I had the lemon fettuccine. Everything was absolutely amazing and tasted so fresh. Silverado with some of the best I've ever had and the pasta tasted even better the next day. Our server and other ancillary staff were very quick in servicing us and friendly."
