"We went on Valentine’s Day and had an 8 PM reservation. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and at 8:20 still had not been acknowledged that we were even there. There was a line of annoyed people who also had reservations but instead of letting people check in, it was a very slow moving line, one at a time. There was only one hostess checking everyone in and nothing against her but she seemed sort of unsure and unclear of her direction. Besides being the only hostess, she was the only one busing/cleaning tables in between trying to seat tables. She clearly needed others to help her, and nobody seemed to be available. I cannot really rate the food because we were too annoyed with the experience before we even could get sat, and decided to leave! In addition, while waiting to be acknowledged for our reservation, my boyfriend tried to order a drink and was asked three different times ‘can we help you’ but then nobody ever took his order!"

"My food ticket was lost. I asked to be comped 50 of the ticket that was lost. I was denied. So when a chef messes up it's on the customer. I hope the food isn't as bad as the service."

"Did someone say brunch? Look no further! San Chez has everything. Being able to choose from several different types of infused vodkas for you Bloody Mary's was a pleasant surprise. They offer various types of juices for your mimosa as well, enabling thepatron more choices when it comes to drinks than your standard brunch spots. The food was on point. The bravas were very crispyon the outside while staying soft, and velvety on the inside, it was delectable! Hungover, hungry, or simply looking for a goodbrunch spot, this is the place. "GREAT Sushi, I was initially skeptical!. So we usually go to another sushi place in downtown, that's really nice! Sit down, candle on the table, well maintained. We were realized there for a date night, but on a tight schedule, we would not be able to wait for a table there, so decide to give this place an attempt. All we saw was the shield outside in the center of Monroe, I had no idea that you went into a staircase, down stairs, into this unexpected lobby/cave area. I was skeptical to say the least.... I even remember telling my husband... maybe we were stupid to eat here. I was so sharp! Your sushi is so good, we LOVE the shrimp empura roll, soooo good! Aso the mango roll! You are the only place to do a mango roll right, yum yum yum!! Although the spicy tuna is not my favorite, the price is wonderful!! Since the night, my husband and I have ordered from there basically once a week for a month. Very recommended to bring home especially for departure. Our favorite!"
