"Mixed feelings, for the price, food was good maybe I even expected more, since compared to other places, prices are on the higher side for France, which is generally quite a cheap place to visit. Nothing exceptional, but simple and nice with a bit of experimentation. It will look good on your photos, but just okay tastewise. They have quite nice wines on offer. Maybe it was due to the heat the night I visited (32° C at 22.00), but service was bad. I had to ask for the menu myself, I did not receive it in 10 15 minutes sitting there. The waiter forgot about my wine twice. I had to go to the bar to ask for it myself the second time."

"We came to Nancy in search of fine French cuisine and found this delightful restaurant in the historic area. Attractive setting and fine menu that changes from week to week, offering a reasonably priced choice that very much pleased both my pescatarian wife and student son. The service was most welcoming and allowed us to practise our French, while offering support in fluent English! All in all an excellent meal in an enjoyable atmosphere and convenient location."

"Very good salads (two possible sizes) with very many fresh ingredients to choose, good dishes of the day, a very good carpaccio of beef as well as a delicious beef tartare in Italian. All this in a pleasant atmosphere with good service. Restaurant to be recommended."

"We found this restaurant with a smartbox and we're going back! An impeccable and friendly service. Delicious dishes and all tastes. For example: the risotto of Saint Jacques and the brilliant heart are excellent. A great experience, next time we test their Rhum card!"

"Arrivés à 20h, l'une des premières tables. L'ambiance paraît beaucoup trop sélect pour le standing du restaurant. Cela dit, très bon accueil et service impeccable. Au fur et à mesure que le service avance, la salle se remplit l'ambiance se détend et naît même une connivence sympathique mais non intrusives avec les serveurs, très sympathiques mais toujours dans leur rôle avec un service parfait. Côté cuisine, menu à 42eur. Entrée carpaccio de thon sauce basilic, plat Saint Jacques poêles, rien de révolutionnaire mais assiettes bien garnies ni trop ni pas assez. Le dessert choisi, abricots pochés sur toasts pistaches avec glace lavande... un vrai régal, la vraie découverte de ce repas! Une très belle carte des vins. Deux menus a 42eur, deux coupes de Champagne, une bouteille de vin a 50eur et deux cafés, une addition s'élevant à 162eur pour deux personnes. La qualité méritait le prix, a recommander pour se faire plaisir."
