Luckily, the staff seated us at a table with a perfect view of the sunset over the lake. It was truly a picture perfect setting. Now, let's talk about the food. The beef filet I ordered was nothing short of perfection. Cooked to absolute precision, each bite melted in my mouth, bursting with exceptional flavors. It exceeded my expectations and left me craving more. A definite must try! While the filets de perches may have been just okay, it was overshadowed by the overall dining experience. Oh, the desserts! It would be a sin not to mention them. The exquisite treats served at Café du Quai were simply divine. Each dessert whisked me away to a heavenly place, indulging my taste buds in pure bliss. Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss out on these heavenly creations. In summary, Café du Quai offers a fantastic dining experience. With its outstanding beef filet, divine desserts, and attentive staff, it is a true gem in Hermance. And let's not forget the magnificent sunset view over Geneva Lake that adds an extra touch of magic to your meal. I highly recommend paying a visit to Café du Quai and immersing yourself in this culinary delight. I can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu. "Three of us took the train from Geneva (the Versoix station is steps from the Bistro) and the fourth drove (there is dedicated parking directly under the restaurant. We were pleasantly steered towards delicious cocktails. The wine recommendation was great. We all chose the menu, and the hostess/restaurant Director was very accommodating with our selections. The perfect egg was indeed a great choice."

"I had the plat you jour who was a barberbourgonion. I also asked for an escape that was a cabbage soup. the bark was cooked slowly and for long hours and it was tender. it was a lot. it was served with a little sweet and potato paste. it costs like 25 pieces. the waiter was nice and the service was fast enough. I was in the garden, but the interior also had a very nice cozy and classic atmosphere. I recommend for lunch and dinner."
