"The staff were very friendly explaining the Flunch menu how to navigate the restaurant. Clarice ?Clarence was super helpful as we had many questions regarding sans gluten options and she smiled through them all! The sandcastle buckets of refillable! steaming mussels were an experience and with fresh fries all for €7.95 €1 for a beer! Overall great choice convenience."

"You had to dare push the door to discover a warm welcome behind the bar. The restaurant area is very pleasant and the summer a terrace area is available. The kitchen is very good. Quick service, and good value for money. I recommend!"

"From the outside, the Hanger looks as though it should be serving chilli or burritos - it has a distinctly Mexican look about it - firey oranges and red paintwork. It is surprising then to find a semi outside area - great for the summer and and interior decorated with old vinyl records and having a distinctly retro feel. The service is extremely pleasant and quick, the friendly atmosphere permeates the whole area, there is music playing but not too loud. The tables are set well the areas are clean and without too much clutter. The menu changes each week, so there is always something to look forward to! Our meat was good but the main meat of the meal was undercooked for our tastes. The rest of the meal, the starter and pudding we great. The vegetables and sauces were very tasty and completely surprising - we were not expecting such a level of expertise by the Chef! It was a good meal served well in a friendly and convivial atmosphere. A surprising and lovely experience."

"This is a very nice bakery serving the usual morning fare that you'll find in any bakery croissants, pains au chocolat etc. But you can find the same in many other places. Near the Mercure there is the Leclerc shopping centre which has café bars serving breakfast and a Flunch fast food outlet, and a McDonalds. Some of those can also do you a good coffee and breakfast if you don't want to eat at the Mercure. Mc Donalds probably does the best coffee, BTW."

"We were on an overnight stay while travelling on our family holiday. The restaurant was one of a few recommended by the owner of the hotel we were staying at. We were greeted and offered a terrace seat and then presented with menus which came in the format of an iPad which then displayed the menu in your choice of language complete with photos which was a great help given we had two teenagers with us. The waiter was great, spoke English and also indulged us with our attempts at finch. The menu was varied and the quality of food was fantastic. All the staff were attentive and helpful. The prices were fair €140 for 4 x 3 course meals c/w drinks. We would certainly eat there again if we are back in Alençon next year."
