"I went here tonight with my mother and wanted to be a busy Friday night we didn't rush. the food was nice and the best I had eaten for a long time. the service was good and for people who have commented that the staff is unfaithful and they were very helpful. I tried one of the set banquets (phuket) were good portions and many flesh and fish. I recommend her and I'd go again. fair enough it is expensive, but they can not expect gourmet food for the price of a big mac x"

"Went with my sister for something to eat on a Sunday afternoon. The place is a nice traditional pub with seating indoors and out. Toilets were clean. We both chose the beef roast, my sister liked it more rare and myself more medium. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every item well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The beef serving was generous. Every bite was tasty the carrots, the potatoes, the green veg. The food was served nice and warm, perfect temperature. The girl serving was very pleasant and helpful as well as the chap serving the food and both came round asking whether we wanted more gravy. Great food, great location, great service. Well done."

"This is my go to lasagna place. I’ve never found better anywhere else. Always get a generous portion. Rich and flavoursome. I read one review that says there wasn’t enough. All I can say is they must have a huge appetite. I’m sure if they had mentioned this to the staff they would have happily given them some more. Received a nice warm welcome. Lovely traditional country pub with comfortable seating. Staff very attentive. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend."

"What a transformation since the last time I visited the neville arms. a warm welcome, fire in the heart, friendly staff. the meal. Well, I've been a little strained at the price of the fillet steak, but my gosh was worth it. The truffle butter was a joy that desserts decorate. kudos to the cook and the team. we will return soon."

"Previous restaurant operators might have, in some ways been naive in terms of volume expected but they were very nice people. present set up had the brewery as well, so double take on beers profit, and they have a couple of other house they now supply, taking both wholesale and retail profit, but restauranteurs they will never be, not in several million years."

"Well, I have read write ups for La Tequila and Toro Latina (which used to be the Restaurant at the same location). Whether La Tequila is a rebrand or a new Restaurant with the new name, I’m not sure. But what I can tell you is the Restaurant was spotless. The cutlery on the table was all shiny and clean. The staff where helpful and friendly. So so far, so good. I had the Potato Skins filled with Chicken and a Salsa mix topped with fluffy potato and cheese and for a starter it was good. Not too much and room for the main. Which I went for the Salmon (which had been skinned) on rice with Mexican vegetables. Both dishes arrived to the table hot. The food was tasty. Like I said the staff where very helpful. Would I visit again? Yes I would. Support your local independent restaurants. As a family we used to go to the Chicken Chain place for family meals... but the standard there was poor. We all liked La Tequila and would recommend them to anyone who’s reading this reviews. Plus trust me, if it was poor I do not hold back! (See my other reviews)."
