"Busy beachside location is a popular spot for tourists wish they were more willing to accommodate a vegan diet. Server seemed annoyed that we asked how things on the menu could be changed to suit a plant based diet in the end, we had a nice meal but it shouldn’t have been that hard to convince him to ask the kitchen what they could do for us. Ended up with a fresh mixed green salad but subbed avocado for the goat cheese, had the hummus trio that included tasty flatbread and fresh veggies (carrot, cukes, radishes) and had tacos with the taro burger patty instead of fish. Note : the beer battered tofu they have on the menu as an option for the tacos is NOT VEGAN (dairy in batter) which seems like such a missed opportunity. Putting tofu on a menu as an option instead of fish and not make it vegan? Seems ridiculous. We likely wouldn’t go again but for one night, it was just fine."

"Full page vegetarian menu with soups, appetizers, and entrees. Remove the egg, and all are vegan. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will make Thai iced tea with coconut milk at no additional cost. Food tastes homemade. The fresh rolls were terrific!"

"For a busy Saturday night there was only one sever. The Satay came lukewarm instead of hot and unlike most satay dishes, the chicken pieces were not on one floor, but only pieces of precooked lukewarm chicken. It was definitely not freshly cooked. The Papaya salad just tasted good. We then insisted that the other two dishes arrive hot and so they did. Yellow curry and pad Thai was good."

"What an incredible surprise. From the outside, the place looks a little unimpressive ;however, the food was divine. Seriously THE best war wonton soup I’ve had EVER in my life. Fresh vegetables (ridiculously fresh like just garden picked fresh, broth was sublime and just crazy good). Dishes and sides were ample portions and everything was just so tasty my palate was overwhelmed. Service was fast and staff incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful spot, super friendly staff (our server was excellent), but the food and cocktail menu didn't impress. Call me crazy but I expected more local favorites and a decent cocktail menu based off the name and logo. It is a little boogie for me and your paying for the view. The food by no means tasted bad or wasn't prepared correctly, it just isn't Hawaiian anymore than the beach being there. Menu is digital here."
