"A friend recommended this cafe and it's such a great find. As vegetarians we had the zucchini fritters and cauliflower felafel(special board), both were full of fresh flavours and very tasty. We were spoilt for choice on the drinks menu, an impressive selection and I can highly recommend the Turmeric Latte and Salted Caramel Smoothie, both delicious. A casual atmosphere, where the service is quick and very friendly. My new favourite lunch spot in Ballarat."

"First visit to Ratatouille for us but it won't be the last. Ben & his staff do a great job of making you feel welcome. We tried the duck & a pasta, both of which were wonderful. Also had escargot for entree & my wife had a apple desert. All were excellent & a good proportion. We will go back to try more on the menu. The only advise, particularly in the winter as room is limited, is to book."

"Best chips in town!! Great fish and wraps yet strangely enough we never go here for the burgers! <br/ Give the salads a miss though. The ingredients are all there but there has been no thought go into putting it together. <br/"

"Had an early dinner here and was pleasantly surprised. Menu is small but lists all the classic favourites that fill you up in the cold weather. Food is plentiful and fresh, my only disappointment was that they didn't do a burger (just a vegetarian version) and the cakes cabinet was a bit lacking. Otherwise, it is a great venue with a beautiful outlook over the water. Recommended."

"Basic atmosphere, staff friendly. Had quinoa tabouli salad $13 which was a bit overpriced at $7 for 5 pieces of chicken. Partner had big breakfast which was ok standard for this type of meal. Both meals tasted nice. Coffee was pretty good."

"Visited on a Wednesday Bistro was full we had to fill in about an hour prior to being allocated a table,many visiting groups from service clubs and local retirement villages.Pleasant enough surroundings although very noisy. I had the seafood platter which was quite ok my wife the pie of the day topped with sweet potato which she said was delicious.Price was great which a tal food bill under $30"
