"Fire Sticks is one of our favorite restaurants and working even in the restaurant industry, I understand that customer service is a large part of the success. We had a party of 9 for a birthday party and visited the restaurant. I have to say we had a worst service I've ever experienced. From the time our server approached our table to the end, it was terrible. She was extremely ruined and at one point even one of us said wait a minute when she asked to bring salt (which was never brought along). We sat with our glasses empty most of the night and a person even had water and drink spilled over them and their phone. She never made contact with someone on the table and would just ask if we needed something to pass so that we really have no chance to answer. We had cakes for our birthday party and had the manager to bring silverware as they just disappeared. What could have been a very good night for them ended with only the congratulations that were added. I'm not sure if she had a bad night, but we all have to be better in customer service or people go somewhere else. The food was still amazing, like our cook. It only has a rare family coming together quite uncomfortable."

"Visit was on a Thursday evening with friends from a local church. Not busy from a sit down customer standpoint (maybe 3 other dine in tables). Slightly long wait time for food, but well worth the wait. Atmosphere/system was hard to make out order numbers to be clearly heard when announced. This was my first visit to any Mario’s and I signed up for their rewards but forgot to mention to them nor did they ask if I was a participant."

"The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. I would have liked a little more flavor, even the skin tasted like there was no seasoning or BBQ flavor. The slaw was like pickled apple sauce. It was good but not my definition of slaw. The hush puppies were amazing! Small but plentiful. The waitress didn't bring me a ticket and the manager seemed annoyed when I approached the register. I'm not sure if he was upset but he seemed to be focusing on talking with the waitresses about an issue. My waitress did a great job and kept my drink full. Very friendly and courteous."
