"Quick check in and out, polite staff. No problems with water, heating, food, room... percent of the staff seems to have started working there a few days ago and have no clue what to do or how to direct you to your room. Breakfast time service is okay if they don't have many people dining, otherwise they need a while to react. Oh, the shower was completely blocked up and the drain was filthy and full of hair.... All in all, not bad for the money. Place needs revamping"

"We stopped in here recently during a holiday trip. The staff was exceeding kind, the food and coffee was amazing, and the owner sat and talked with us during our meal. Such a wonderful vibe and atmosphere here, I’m really really happy we picked this spot for our breakfast. Definitely stop in here if you’re in Kinross. We will definitely be going back! "It's been years since I visited this cafe but we decided to pop in after being at the Water Sports place nearby. It suddenly got very busy just after we arrived so there was a 35-40 minute wait for food but it was worth the wait. The quality of food in here is fantastic and really good value. The salad to accompany the panini I had was amazing. So much thought had gone into it and it's the best salad I've ever had alongside my lunch. There was fruit, potato salad, pomegranate seeds, lettuce, coleslaw etc and all carefully placed on the plate in a lovely presentation. No wonder this is a popular cafe and I won't be leaving it so long until we return. Cracking food and good service too. Thanks for a great lunch."

"A gift from family. An overnight stay, afternoon tea, dinner and a round of golf on the most miserable of days but what a great time we had. All the hotel staff were excellent. The room was very comfortable and dinner was exceptional. The weather wasn't their fault and we will be going back hopefully when the sun shines and it is little bit warmer. A great venue for a relaxing break. Thank you!"

"We booked through a voucher for one night plus breakfast. Room was really clean and nicely decorated slightly put off by the fact that the toilet was in the same room with only a partition wall which was open at the top, my partner wasn't too bothered but i was a bit uncomfortable! He thoroughly enjoyed being able to have a bath and watch TV though! The staff were friendly and very accommodating when we changed our breakfast time, the service was great. We really enjoyed a chilled out and quiet night in a comfy massive bed! Would return and would recommend"
