"As of January 2018 I have confirmed that the food is now all vegan. The Krishna lunch is delicious and a great deal. Daru, who runs the place, is very helpful. The food is vegetarian, but many entries are vegan, so just ask. There is always rice, dal, bread, several main entries, salad, dessert, and homemade drinks. The food is based on Indian dishes and is quite delicious. It is served on FSU’s main campus every week day during the school year, but parking is difficult if you aren’t a student."

I planned on mcdonalds, but of course that was not pan out; I was grateful that these young were awake. from there it's just better. damn good coffee, great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff! best bagel sandwich I had in the last few years. did I mention how great the coffee was?"

"In short, a great experience. Most reviews here are a few years old and if they were right at the time, then Ruby's seems to have their act together. We went to breakfast. I have the Ruby's Rise and Shine Breakfast, which consists of 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, hash brews (really domestic frits) or grottos and two pancakes. My wife ordered a western omelet. The food was generally quite delicious. The pancakes were the weakest article. They were light and fluffy, but are probably a standard mix with nothing added to make them something special. As mentioned above, what they call Hash Browns are actually what most places call domestic pommes cubed and fried potatoes. The Omelet was cooked correctly and they did not jump on the ham. The cookie was big and fluffy, but I think it came with a charge. Coffee was good. They had only sugar and pink (ugh) sweeteners in the sweetener container, but we travel with our own splenda and Truvia, so that was okay. They had Mini Moos (half and half) instead of Coffee Mate, which is a good thing. None of this is particularly cheap, tho. Our breakfast bill approached $27 for both of us. Add a (well earned) tip and we were good over $30. The place is bright and clean. Our server, Jorge, was friendly, attentive and efficient. He treated several tables without difficulty. While we had no problems with our food, the table behind us found a problem with their order. Jorge apologise, got the error quickly corrected, and the customers seemed satisfied with the corrected order. All in all, if you are looking for a good traditional breakfast, you can really not go wrong. We don't live nearby, so we won't be regular, but we'll probably go back, maybe for lunch or dinner next time."
