"Came here once for breakfast once for dinner while in the Gold Coast. For breakfast I got the 'pitaya smoothie bowl ' and the presentation was amazing perfect for photos. It also tasted really fresh fruity. For dinner I got the 'crispy chicken burger ' which was alright and then for dessert we got the 'apple pie fries ' the 'rich chocolate brownie ' which were the highlights of our meal. My family and I loved the desserts, they tasted so good. Recommend going here for breakfast for sure and dinner is alright but not amazing."

"The food was good but the service was not. I guess they were busy in their function room. We had to wait about 30-40 minutes to get our food served. One funny thing was that urinal had a mirror opposite you. Perhaps for you to see how performing and if the restaurant is busy you can see other people too."

"My wife and I really enjoyed going here. We went on the first week of opening. While in Surfers Paradise for 4 days we went here twice.The first time was for dinner and beers and the second time was a relaxing Sunday afternoon where we enjoyed a beer and read our books, quite relaxing and not busy in the afternoon.Pour your own beer is a great concept and we enjoyed it. The beers reasonably priced compared to other local places. The food was nice and also similar price to nearby places. Loved the buffalo chicken pie! Would definitely go here again."

"Anne was the only reason we stayed. People next to us sat down after we ordered and still got food first. Overpriced, cold steak that was undercooked. Sent back to warm up and was still cold but waited so long we just ate it anyway. Fries were cooked in dirty oil and tasted like calamari. Anne was obviously stressed literally running but kept her cool with first class service. I assume she was running things because we didn’t see anyone else. Man who seated us was hardly even there. Even offered my 5yr old ice cream after he waited over an hour for dinner Please give Anne a raise. She deserves it."

"Went to longboards after reading good reviews, but was very disappointed, there was no table service which wasn't a problem so we scanned the QR code and the burgers and drinks we wanted were not on the online menu, so ended up going up to the bar to order, we ended up waiting 30mins for our burgers to find they were Luke warm, the flavours were nice but the patty was Luke warm, very disappointed for a $80 meal"

"A relaxed place to enjoy a bite or a cool drink with friendly staff. Meals are fresh, hot and are delivered quickly SUPER. There are live music sessions and the venue is large enough to sit in the separate dining room or on the deck if you prefer a pretty experience. I recommend a visit in the evening as the view of the sunset/night is spectacular."

"Went here for dinner and ordered the steak and ribs combo. Location is very good, food was very nice the steak had a real fresh taste to it along with the ribs. Staff were friendly. Will be back."

"I have autism, I should have thought to ask to be seated away from the band as the noise level was to intense for me and I went into sensory overload. However in saying that, we booked to come in at and had just about finished our food by the time the band started, so I wasnât overwhelmed for too long. I will always come back to Hard Rock Cafe on Surfers Paradise because the staff are great, the food is great and the prices are amazing. I always have the Tasmanian salmon and Iâm never ever disappointed with it, itâs by go to meal at Hard Rock. Thank you for an amazing dining experience."
