"I went there with my girlfriend for a dinner, firstly we dealt with a very grumpy man who literally didn't wanna take the order of the people in front of us for no reason. Then he felt really annoyed when we asked him 1 question about his menu. We finally took a lamb pita (it was good, nothing special), a greek salad (iceberg salad, 3 olives, no peppers, everything but a greek salad) and had to pay $12 and 8$ for 4 really small pieces of lamb on the top of this salad. As a conclusion, I would not recommend that place, as much for the food than for the poor customer service."

"The reason I like the Elk and Oarsman is there is something for everyone on the menu. It is always a safe bet when going out to eat with a group of people. I have had the buffalo chicken wrap and the Bison burger and was pleased with both. For drinks, there are tasty cocktails and sangria pitchers. The rooftop patio is ideal for a nice summer day."

"These restaurants were one of my favorite ones earlier, but unfortunately the quality of eating has gone down. everything was quite bland Mediterranean salat was mainly only salat, the part of the saganaki was tiny, pork and sea pasta were ok; half chicken dish was. definitiw not huh. baklava was dry. that was my place for celebrating in banff, but I don't want to return after the last disappointing experience."

"Amazing brunch! You have fantastic eggs Benny's, and I also had the Alligator bites that were great. Super nice place inside, and the staff was friendly. But it is quite busy, and it is a small place, so be ready to wait in line to sit."

"The sandwiches and soups are delicious. Service was impeccable. Will definitely go back. It’s hidden downstairs and I wish the city of Banff would allow the owner to put a bigger sign on street level. She said that they won’t and business is suffering because...of that."

"A beautiful Italian restaurant! The seafood linguine is amazing (and they'll split the dish in two for sharing for about $5 more extra noodles), and the potato rosemary bread is huge and perfectly baked. Only recommendation for improvement is a better wine list (although the Kettle Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir certainly work well). Must go back!"

"I live in Lake Louise in 2018 and often come here. Now that I've moved back, I'm still coming here a lot. As of Kitchener/Waterloo area, you are spoiled for shawarma decisions. Banff Shawarma is just one of my favorites. The family is very nice and I was always greeted with a smile. My wife loves this place. The food is tasteful and is good value. Would recommend people when they visit the area!"

"We stopped by this restaurant during our trip around Banff. It is located in the Samson mall, at the foot of Lake Louise. Being lunchtime, we had a hard time finding a spot to park. The place serves wraps, sandwiches and coffee. There is a counter with few seats in the restaurant, and a table and a few chairs right outside, but most people order take out. We ordered chicken wraps, one Cajun and one normal, with a sandwich, homemade soup and a cup of coffee. The soup was sweet potato, which was very tasty, and the coffee was delicious. However, we weren't able to figure out which chicken wrap was Cajun, since both were equally spicy. A nice restaurant to grab a quick bite. I would go there again for the coffee."
