I always crave for coffee, to be specific, self-roasted coffee. This cafe not use self roast, they even use old tradition charcoal to roast their coffee. Thus their coffee is full of charcoal aroma. It’s real Japanese charcoal roast coffee! View all feedback.

Very nice lovely cafe for good coffee. There are many kinds of coffee beans you can choose. I ordered mandalin. It was pretty bold and had a nice aroma.

"The Otaru Beer brewery house is a great spot to end your day exploring the town. We went here on a rainy autumn day at around 4.30/5pm and it was really easy to find a table, but when we left around 6pm there was a line so it does get busy here. For us it was the perfect spot to warm up, drink some great German style beers and have some dinner. The beers were really good! We tried all 3 of the standard, main beers they offer (pilsner, dark and wheat beers) and all were equally good. The food was good too, although portion sizes are on the smaller side I would say so maybe stick to the proper mains if you're hungry. There is even a little gift shop to buy some Otaru beer themed gifts if you like. All in all would recommend coming here if you're visiting Otaru."
