"I have visited this establishment every Thursday after my weekly squash session nearby. My first experience here was absolutely wonderful. I was struggling with the menu as there were plenty of pizzas to choose from. Thankfully, the Asian guy behind the counter helped me a lot and told me to customise the pizza with my own choice of toppings. The pizza made was perfect as it was cooked properly and all ready in 10 minutes. After a couple of Thursdays, I think I have became a regular as even the English lady making the pizza knew my order by heart. Last week my squash session was cancelled so I decided to fulfil my pizza craving on a Monday instead. I was in utter shock by the service I got by a tall elderly man who I believe is the owner of the place. He took my customised pizza order impatiently and rudely. When I turned my back to take a seat while I wait for my order, I caught him waving his hands showing me a rude gesture but I decided to let it slip as I might have been mistaken. However, I definitely was not mistaken as a few minutes later, one of his "buddies" must have came in and he gave him a bottle of beer and both of them were talking rather loudly and that was when I heard him telling his "buddy" about how complicated my order was and used some racial words. All my life I have never seen such unprofessionalism at a work place and mind you I have seen plenty before. Its a pity that the place is let down by such people. I usually do not single out any staff in particular but in this case I felt I had to as I do not condone racist behaviour."

"I love fasta pasta, cheap meals great flavour, my favourite was always the Verdi casenova. Unfortunately that has been taken off the menu. Tonight we had the entree pollo, pizza bread with tomato and onion. Delicious so simple yet pack full of flavour. Main we had the gnocchi ragu now as we all know a ragu Sauce takes time, it is the best when the sauce has been cooked a long time to get all the flavours to come and and bam in your mouth, unfortunately tonight the ragu was really bland, couldn't taste the garlic or the seasoning, disappointing, won't be ordering that again."
