"Went having not read previous reviews, having done so it seems the ownership has changed a few times of late with mixed views. For us, skiing over from Avoriaz, it matched our picture of a restaurant on the ski slopes, a stand alone old converted farm building with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Inside was rustic and inviting, quite busy, maybe just before the rush as it got busier before we left. We were greeted and seated promptly, drinks ordered and delivered as we viewed the short menu of classic dishes, we had tartiflette with green salad. Given the cooking time, the food arrived promptly, it was substantial and extremely tasty. Our experience was that staff were friendly and efficient. If we were staying longer, we would definitely ski more of Champoussin and certainly come here for lunch again"

"A great delight after a long morning’s walk. The food and service here is excellent my wife an the gigot of lamb and I had the risotto of chanterelles. Both were heavenly and superbly cooked. Sit outside and be charmed by this hidden valley as you eat and drink. A wonderful place full of charm."

"We just spent one night in this facility. We recommend it! Our room (Chambre Flocon) has been very nicely furnished and decorated. Cosy and modern at the same time. Very clean. The reception is warm both on the accommodation side and on the restaurant side. Smiling and nurturing team. Good food and hearty breakfast!"
