"We enjoyed dinner here, cullen skink, smoked squid and kartoffel soup, was good and came with a roll, I had haggis, neffen and tatties, which came with a dram of whisky, adele had the lamb tribes with a glass milk and heel cake. good honest Scottish farewell from a simple menu. we also had drinks to wash it. not a large place, but service was very pleasant."

"We did not stay overnight as we were camping nearby, we went for an evening meal. We found the food superb , could not fault at all ! The service was very good and the owners were present at all times and extremely friendly, our dogs were made to feel welcome as were we Would highly recommend and will hopefully return Many thanks to Murray and Ellie for an enjoyable evening Heather Richard Service: 5"

"The bar was closed, this is a review for the guesthouse at the back. Callum was so helpful and friendly, I could have talked to him for another few hours, was really enthusiastic about the surrounding area, it was lovely. Would have preferred if the bathroom was en suite, but it was a short walk, and it was just for us. Wick is a lovely little town, our first stop on the NC500."

"This was a perfect stopping point for lunch with our two toddlers. It's a reasonably small and slightly eccentric old school cafe but we were happy with our meals and the owner was cheery and helpful. There's also a range of wood knick-knacks. The menu is basic but very good value."
