"Very good sushis, and a very nice discussion with the chef and his friend. There is no menu but the price was honest."

"Firstly don't be intimidated if the doors are closed and you know that the place is open, just swing the doors open. I imagine their food is quite precious that they don't want anything from the outside going in which can contaminate the food. The moment you walk in you'll be welcomed very well. You can ask for an English menu if you wish which at the end is really just point and say the amount you want. The cool part of the menu though is at the opening page which has the etiquette to eating sushi and ways to enjoy it even more. Don't be afraid to try small portions of each cause I can tell you it's worth it. Every type available is worth it. WORTH IT!!! It might be located a little out of the way but I can assure you, just stop by and your love for sushi will just rise. This is literally godtier level sushi in my honest opinion. I hope you get to stop by."

"The quality of the ingredients was very good, but the preparation was not worth the price. The rice in the nigiri broke when you pick it up, skimped on the wasabi, and the tempura shrimp was too oily. The miso broth tasted very good, but the piece of fish in mine was just a 1 x 1 bone. I thought was intentional until I noticed others around me had actually chunks of meat. At 7k yen a person, it is in the more expensive tier of sushi spots in Kyoto, but relatively poor in quality."
