"Great hospitality and wonderful view from the hotel rooms. we were here last winter and had a wonderful experience. all the workers who work here are like a happy family that will do everything to make their stay amazing. the lookout of le grand chalet is the best in gstaad because it sits higher than any other hotel, and that is not a problem because they have a free shuttle on request. the spa is a little small, but is very well maintained and usually available when booking in advance. best to eat in restaurant. throughout our stay we had a 3-course menu in the restaurant, and each dish served us was very delicious, the chef really deserves melin star. will definitely visit the place again!"

"Leider unfreundliches Personal, welches gestresst wirkt und bei Kritik nicht kundenorientiert reagiert. Ebenfalls empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht: Kleine Portionen, zu teuer (1Paar Wienerli + handvoll Frites = 12.- chf). Also entweder mehr oder günstiger. Schade eigentlich, denn die Lage und die Inneneinrichtung gefällt uns..."

Nach der Wanderung wählten wr zunächst eine Suppe und gingen dann zur Hauptspeise über. Alle Gerichte konnten wir sehr genieße und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Allerdings werden wir dann ganz sicher auch das Hotel buchen, sodass wir den Aletschgletscher, das tolle Bergpanorama und das leckere Essen in vollen Zügen genießen könne."
