"Stayed here for just one night as we were attenting the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford. This place is lovely. It's out of the way enough to be quiet (apart from when aircraft depart from nearby RAF Brize Norton but that really wasn't an issue for me! . Upon arrival had a lovely warm welcome from a guy behind the bar. We were given our keys and show where the rooms were, and where we could park the car. The rooms a little dated, the door is operated by a manual key, no key cards here, and you have to manually lock the door when you leave the room. The room itself was lovely and clean, smelt fresh, had tea/coffee making facilities, TV, en suite etc. The bed was really comfy too. Overall the place is well presented, has great staff, a nice bar, and the food was really good aswell. Breakfast the following morning was a serve at the table affair, various options available, including full english which was customisable. I enjoyed staying here a lot more than I thought, and my friend and I have already booked two nights for RIAT next year. Thanks to all who work here, you all do a great job."

"I go to the restaurant often and I went in last week because they have a new menu so I had the fish and chips and it was out of this world the best fish and chips I ever had had the batter was beautiful and light and very tasty and they do half a barbecue chicken which I had one day that was beautiful and fresh not frozen chicken and the all day breakfast is to die for it is definitely a must try me on the menu and all at very reasonable prices and lovely friendly service and atmosphere the best food to in the cotswolds phillip Bryan"
