"Ayant attendu cette réservation pendant 2 ans, j'en attendais peut-être trop et notamment une cuisine faite devant nous de A à Z. Or, de nombreuses entrées sont préparées à l'avance (il y a beaucoup de terrines de foie gras). Le patron parle énormément en oubliant de nous servir le vin (nous ne savions pas que nous pouvions prendre les bouteilles nous-mêmes et nous servir). Il y a des produits intéressants : ce qui m'a le plus étonnée c'est les herbes avec, vraiment, des goûts différents : fromage, huître, haricot, ... il y en avait environ 8.Actuellement, il y a 3 ans d'attente ..."

"Malheureusement notre dîner n'aura pas été un moment exceptionnel. Rien de surprenant et sans saveur. En plus, j'avais signalé que le fenouil n'est pas mon légume favori mais malgré cela on me l'a servi avec le plat principal. Un sorbet au milieu du repas pourquoi pas, c'est assez courant dans les restaurants étoilés, mais ensuite, encore un sorbet pour le dessert et en plus au concombre avec un petit jus qui ressemble vraiment à une sauce à salade, c'est pas ce que nous attendions. Le jeune serveur m'a proposé de changer (un très gentil geste) mais les deux enfants de la table d'à côté qui couraient dans le restaurant et qui parlaient à haute voie, pour ne pas dire, criaient, ont fait que nous n'avons plus voulu prolonger ce moment. Dommage!"

"Alors, je vais essayer de mesurer mes propos. Car, j'ai connu cette auberge à l'été 2016 et j'en étais reparti en ayant envie de revenir cet été, pour profiter du cadre et la cuisine.A ma grande surprise, l'établissement a été repris par Dédé, que je connaissais par son resto aux Pâquis et que j'aimais bien.Mon souci, mais cela reste personnel, c'est que, aller à l'Auberge de la Ferme, restait une escapade à la campagne, pour y retrouver une cuisine raffinée et exceptionnelle. Ce qui n'est malheureusement plus le cas.Bon, ce n'est pas mauvais du tout, attention, mais on y retrouve ce genre de cuisine un peu partout en ville. Alors pourquoi aller jusqu'à Jussy quand on habite en ville pour y manger la même chose.En entrée j'ai goûté un plat de chanterelles que j'apprécie, mais elles n'étaient pas très bien nettoyées et j'avais encore un peu de sable/terre dans la bouche.L'entrecôte est correcte, bien que la viande soit arrivée un peu plus cuite que demandée mais la sauce de la ferme est très bonne. Les légumes cuits parfaitement et très bien assaisonnés.Au niveau des desserts, il n'y a rien à dire, nous en avons essayé trois différents et ils sont succulents.Voilà donc, juste un avis très personnel, je ne pense pas que je referai le déplacement car je peux trouver la même chose plus près de chez moi en ville.Ah, et j'oubliais, la serveuse est toujours la même et d'une extrême gentillesse."
