"Tonight’s dining experience was over the top! Friends took us here on our first visit to their nearby home, and we couldn’t have been more delighted. The interior of the restaurant is minimalist perfection gorgeous. The food and wine are the stars! Gambas à la crème anisée absolutely delicious, fresh, and exciting. Paleron confit au Tandoori amazing presentation and outstanding flavor. Entremet Bergamotte,noisette et caramel OMG; I don’t know how they packed all those flavors into this multi layer dessert, but it was a treasure! The service was outstanding, and I look forward to our next visit to the area. If you are anywhere near l’Auberge le Nazil, give yourself the gift of dinner at this wonderful gem. "Dès l'arrivée, on est un peu surpris par l'ambiance "musicale" (une radio genre RTL2 ou autre à un niveau assez fort que, fort heureusement, la serveuse accepte de baisser "un peu" à notre demande) - L'écrasé de fruits rouges servie avec le foie gras est assez liquide est un peu acide et il y a seulement 3 petites rondelles de baguette grillées servies comme "toasts" - Les plats ne sont pas très goûteux (le filet mignon est plutôt sec et étouffant) - Le dessert est aussi décevant (abricots trop cuits et acides). Le vin rouge est correct une fois qu'on l'a "réchauffé" entre les mains (servi presque glacé). Café de qualité mais un peu cher"

"I saw in a local newspaper this restaurant had been fully refurbished and a new chef and his wife had taken over. Had to be pretty convincing to get friends there (always easier to opt for restaurants you know...)Eventually it proved to be a very good choice. Food is great and sophisticated, building on local supply and chef experience in rated / stars restaurants. Wine list is great. Atmosphere is good and you really feel they care and put all their energy to get things right.We had a great time and I would encourage everyone to go there.They were not registered on Tripadvisor so maybe not yet fully up and running in terms of marketing but definitely ready to serve prime quality food !"
