"Had a girl who couldnt wait to get my order over with. Before i could even finish one order i got a quick what else very rudly.Plus they are ALWAYS out of onion rings.. which is my main reason for coming. "Food was hot, fresh, fast however the cousmer service lacked alot. I stood at the front counter patiently waiting for ketchup three employees walked right passed me didn 't even acknowledging me. I finally spoke up it took me asking many times to receive ketchup. I was told 'people are on their brake that 's why they didn 't give you ketchup or stop when I spoke '. It only takes a half of a second to give my family ketchup. I understand brakes are important for labor law and getting a rest however cousmer service is alwayf first."

"Stopped in for a coffee, latte and couple of donuts . Not that busy but had to wait a few minutes for the latte. Three Bosnian guys in loitering around and waiting to chat with Bosnian girl working the counter. After she rang up the order and I paid with debit card, i held my hand out for the receipt. She ripped it from the machine, balled it up and threw it away, not asking if I wanted it, (the receipt). Oh well.... America...."

"It should only grab and run kfc. we arrived at 8:30 a.m. and the load was closed, only passing through. so we have joined the line. maybe 6 cars in front of us and it was over 1/2 hour before we got our job and drove away. we think we counted 3 employees and they all seemed to do something, but it was really right. I feel for the few people who want to work and take over the task vs, what seems to be so many employees, just don't get back to work? our food order was accurate, more efficient, spicy, etc. as desired. I hope to change quickly because customers will only tolerate inefficiency for so long."

"What kind of nasty place is this? First of all, we ordered on the app, then went to pick it up and we were told they didnt have anything we ordered on the app. They ran out. No biggie, but the girl at the speaker had a very rude attitude about it. I ordered different food in the drive thru, waited a while, tried to be patient. Then i get my food, and I'm met with attitude, i say thanks, she gives me a dirty look and closes the window. OK. Fine. I get back to work and go to eat my meal, and of course there are multiple, LONG, hairs that were mixed in cheese. Disgusting. All around. NASTY attitudes and NASTY kitchen."
