"Been here many times and until recently it’s been fantastic but last two times have not been good. Saturday. I can only suggest that they are short staffed and that more staff training is needed. Half an hour for coffees to arrive, then told there had been a mix up with orders. Orders being re-confirmed with customers to sort out the confusion. Our food followed sometime later one poached egg n bacon on toast arrived followed by a scrambled egg and salmon another 5 mins later. Scrambled eggs with no seasoning was bland and the GF toast was under toasted and became a soggy paste almost instantly. The staff are friendly, it’s a nice venue, but at the moment there seems to be issues that need addressing, not sure if we will return, but I would like to see this business return to being as good as it has been in the past."

"As a native I recommend this pub in the regular very for great food and great service. Unfortunately, today was not one of these days.
