"I come here everyday I work and today just rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered a Trenta pink drink and the girl making it made a venti and the guy who took my order realized it and told her what it was suppose to be. I literally watched her pour it in a bigger cup and give it to him….. I pay $6.15 for a drink and this is the kind of things that happen. Not acceptable. At least do it where I can’t see you lady!!!"

"I ordered a large hot specialty coffee with almond milk, bagel bites, and 1 donut. The person taking the order asked what size I wanted. I repeated large . Then they asked if I wanted it cold. I repeated hot . They put my donut in a bag and gave it to me. I got my coffee and waited for my bagel bites. After standing there for a bit, a person from the back asked what I was waiting for, so I told them bagel bites. This seemed to confuse the workers because appearantly they weren 't on the order. I was never given a receipt, so I couldn 't see what I paid for. I 'm wondering now whether my drink has almond milk, because the person taking the order didn 't appear to be listening. Not a great experience."

"Let me just say a big wow to the customer service at this location! The drive thru was lined up so my husband and I decided to walk in to order our breakfast! The whole service team was kicking butt getting people in and out and the best part is we got everything we ordered! Great job!!!"

"I will never return to this place again. it is always a saying that the customer is always right. not at this location. they have the most rude customer service of all time. they burn muffins so much that everything they can taste is incineration. coffee is just as nasty. they need to ask for contingent when they thru in the laufwerk. they hastened to order them, and welcome them not or say thank you. I called the load and they act as if it were okay if it happened. I'm not sorry, just one hanging on the customer. I'll never be here again and they can't call a company because they never reach someone. they need a whole new crew or people who want to love a job or really work there. for those who have them now are rude to the max"

"If I could give this location -5 stars I sure would. The assistant manager needs a new job that she doesn’t deal with customer service? ! Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and she’s no leader at all to her team. “They don’t do rewards or Coupons” at this location. Since when? I always have done so. The she has the nerve to tell me I should know how to do so myself if I always do it at that location and slammed the window in my face. I hope this location receives an assistant manager who isn’t rude and leads them to success instead of adding rude customer service to their resume.A week and a half later and the DM still has not reached out to me. Seems they let Lakeitha the assistant manager get away with what she wants. The reviews speak for itself"

"My rating with 5 stars based on jalexius only 1 employees of 3 working on this morning! if she weren't there, it would have been 2 stars. Even when I heard that mgr said someone did not show up and someone smiled on jalexius, asked if she could help and repair my order, my coffee was perfectly made cream and all. Thank you for thanking me going to this place a at least 4 times a week drive and decided to go in and out if jalexius was 't there I would have left! all the others looked so unhappy. I hope the staff will be better!"
