I went to this panera later in the afternoon and asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel. Unfortunately they were outside, but a very nice Panera employee (I think I helped me choose a better alternative from the bakery. there are great interactions like these, which keep me coming to this panera! I didn't think they could screw up panera, but this place must be checked by companies because the last 3 times I was, they have completely filled the orders. today I ordered (and paid) a broth bowl chicken soupe with an salad.
