"There are other choices, try Blue Kangaroo or Coffee Depot in Warren, both 5 starsMyself and numerous other no longer step foot in this DunkinThe restroom in Barrington Dunkin is now locked, the key is on a heavy 10 inch Crescent Wrench and even if you are a 20 year customer, a 70 year old disabled Veteran with a 70 year old Bladder, they make you order before they give you the key. Saying the the bathroom is only for customers. Like after 20 years of coming there (the staff person has been there for at least 2 years of that) my friend was there just for the bathroom???Just this past weekend the Manager comes at my seated Disabled Veteran 70 year old neighbor in what appeared as a threatening manner yelling at him and accusing him of swearing at her staff, and said that we don 't like you, no one likes you, you are always making trouble, we don 't want you here (or words close to that). It was a terrible situation that in my opinion was brought on by the manager.Another time I observed a server accidently spill hot coffee over the counter missing a baby by inches who was sitting in a carrier on the floor against the counter next to his mother. He didn 't apologize and doesn 't even comp the coffee, makes the mother pay for it.Another neighbor who has been going to this place for over 20 years accidently spilled his coffee before he even got a chance take a sip, he didn 't want to ask for a replacement so I asked for a free replacement, they complained and said I didn 't spill it but finally replaced it for free, reluctantly. We went back to our table and talked between ourselves about how this staff was not customer friendly, especially to the senior citizen Veterans (some of us wear ball caps with our branch of service). We then hear the Duncan staff from behind the counter badmouthing us.Another friend told me that he saw a man (who he didn 't know) complain to the staff that he was still waiting for his coffee, the manager yelled at him you order here and pick up your coffee over there!!! There was no sign indicating that.The staff for the most part is unprofessional and the Manager is the worst and has a temper issue with customers in my opinion.Read some of the other negative reviews."
In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WLAN. The rooms on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for customers with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.

"Freddy's food is really good and my husband stops by for their sauce often. However, we stopped by and ordered a sauce container and a fry. Then we waited for 15 minutes. We didn't even get a meal, just a repackaged sauce and a small fry. Unsure if staffing issue or organizational issue."

"Have eaten a short bite here. The food was good. You also have to try the iced tea and fries here. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional and the place is clean and has toilets. Wendys is one of my favorites"

"I had Burger King and it was too much Mayo or the Burger is cold, but today 4/22/21 at 1:30 in Lake Zurich, who had ever worked on the sandwich line, made the best I ever had at any Burger King! It had taste! It was not drowning in Mayo, the edges were crispy on the meat., Bun was very fresh, it was great! Fry's were also hot!!! I'm back."

"Mostly good experiences so far after five visits. Taco Bell is our way for fast food usually. I find this Taco bell to be clean, and the employees always do a good job to take over the order and make sure everything is included in the delivery. You forgot my wife's food, what a guy can get in trouble! I like the new split-up value menu items $1 $2 and $3."

"If you’ve driven by this place a million times but never tried it, definitely try it! This is fantastic gourmet food! The tacos are amazing (I love the Chorizo taco and the Fish tacos) and the atmosphere is very nice. Given the location, you might not expect much but try it! And the margaritas are the best we’ve ever had. I’d give it ten stars if I could."

"This place is always consistent. We know if we go there for a bite to eat it will always be good, we are never concerned about getting a bad meal. My husband always gets a jumbo char dog. I prefer just a plain char dog. We both love their fries which are the skinny crispy fries. I love the way thru serve them which is wrapped up with the hot dog. They take your order and from a different window they call the numbers. There are plenty of seats in the restaurant but they do get crowded often. We like that they have a condiment area and it just happens to be a nice, clean and well maintained restaurant."
In nice weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.
