"Great place for coffee and Thai food. When you go ahead, go through the kitchen and on the back deck. The lady who runs the restaurant is a home-style cook and the food has authentic flavors from the south. I would definitely recommend the Snapper with 3 flavors (sweet, sour and spicy) and the morning glory with fermented beans. It was delicious! Coffee is fresh and satisfying."

"We were here twice because of very tasty food and great service. Even if they didn't have something (f.e. chopsticks or beer) they went to the shop and buy. All dishes we have ordered were great and you don't have to wait long, like in other restaurants on the island."

"I had pad thai and fried tomorrow wonderfulness here and especially the tomorrow wonderfulness was delicious. also my friends liked their vegan foods. the prices seem to be cheaper than in other restaurants that have similar menus, except other restaurants in the usually do not have such a good vegan section if they have it at all. yawee is not a chic restaurant, but it is an open air restaurant on the main street near lanta animal welfare without interior architecture or other dinge that make more expensive in the regular restaurants. this place concentrates on good Thai food. when we arrived there at sunset, the place had only a few customers, but in about 15 minutes he was full. then it took a long time to get our food. so perhaps the place is crowded during sunset (only high season, on the next season many places close, because there are not many tourist.) I visited yawee in februar 2020."

"Lovely little place with a great and very reasonably priced wine collection. Food was excellent with a clearly thought-out and concise menu. (Delicious gorgonzola burger! Very cozy and warm decor and atmosphere. The owner and staff were very kind, welcoming and attentive. Will definitely return on our next visit to Lanta."

"Absolutely loved this place in Koh Lanta. My favorite meal on the island and it’s a cherry on top that it has the most amazing views and friendly staff. Ordered the chicken dippers and the blt sandwich. I feel like you can safely order anything and be more than satisfied. Drinks were A1 too. A must go. Plus the owners were very pleasant."

"Just had dinner here and it was so so nice. We ordered bruschetta as an appetiser (which was on warm brown bread which was a bit weird/different but still tasted nice). I had pasta and my boyfriend had pizza and both dishes literally tasted like we were in Italy. More expensive than other places in the area but you get large portions and real Italian food! All staff are friendly and welcoming. Really recommend going"
