"Me and my boyfriend visited Marktküche and believe this was the best (vegan dinner we have ever had. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to the end. The food was extraordinarily tasty and we experienced surprising tastes and sensations in every course. Our whole experience started with the herb butter, which my boyfriend doubted to be vegan (this is how good it was! . We ordered the 6-course menu and believe this was perfect in terms of quantity and experience. We wouldn't go for less courses because the experience is simply too amazing and each additional dish made us incrementally happy. We also had the wine pairing which was perfectly matched to our dishes. Because we are both vegan, it was especially nice to experience a surprise tasting that usually lives from slow-cooked high-quality meat and fish creations. In my opinion, this was even better than any surprise tasting I had before I turned vegan. On a side note, the restaurant is located at the corner of a street and life was busy around us (bikes, people walking , yet, not loud or annoying to the experience. In fact, we especially loved this location and coziness/ relaxed atmosphere it brought us. Similarly, the whole team was extremely friendly and open for a chat. We really enjoyed this uncomplicated, homely atmosphere of such a fancy place, while still following the restaurant etiquette but adjusting to the guests needs. This is a really unique place. This is for all foodies, regardless of their diet!! We will definitely come back when we visit Zurich the next time."

"It's a bit misleading to have this restaurant labelled a pizzeria. It's far more than that! We were in town to visit a friend in the local hospital and wouldn't make it home before our local places closed so we found this place on TA. Parking was difficult, there are limited places and we ended up using one of the local business spaces as it was evening time. The restaurant was stuffily warm; it is autumn but really not that cold outside! Having said that service was very good and the menu selection was excellent. My wife had huge garlic prawns and I went for a pizza prosciutto both were excellent. We had tapas to start olives and garlic potatoes, the potatoes were a bit disappointing, simply fried in small cubes and accompanied by a garlic sauce on the side for a hefty CHF9! There is a good selection of wines by the glass. Dinner was rounded off by a great Zabalone. Total for 2 with a tip came to CHF 140 which is probably typical fro the greater Zuerich area. We were given a friendly tip on leaving not to expect to walk in without a reservation in future!"
