Looking for a wine bar on eagle, we went with a friend to drink a drink at 118. The place is nice, the reception is a little less than a staff that seems stressed. No good sign. when ordering, we are only asked if we want white wine or red. no question about our tastes to guide us, no advice. more the wine map is not exceptional.
