The view of the ocean is not as good as I'd hoped, but the environment is lovely, at tree-top level with the palms around. It seems a long walk away from Airlie Beach main street (via the pleasant walkway) but there are two levels of shortcut that can be taken, bringing it to about a 15 minute walk. Had a great time at a wedding. Chandelier, linen and beautiful views. However not a huge venue and the kitchen got a little noisy during speeches.

"Food was average for the price. The Irish girl that sat us was lovely so the stars are for her. The older waiter at the end was so rude when we asked for the bill. Pointed at the desk for us to pay. I have hurt my back and had to stand with a walking stick while he pulled up the bill instead of just printing it out and paying from the table like any other restaurant.
