What Christophe Petitjean likes about A Casa:
We wandered in because my grandson wanted "polpetta" ( meatballs) .. a bit hard to find in a French town! The owners are Corsican and everything is so fresh.. "the only thing that goes in the freezer is the ice cream, " the owner told me. We had the lasagna and salad and my grandson of course ordered the polpetta. Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmerm on the Travel Channel had a segment on A Casa this past spring i was planning to visit Aix-in-Provence in august.
