Très bon concept que ce lieu qui est à la fois une véritable boucherie et un restaurant où l'on sert les produits que l'on peut emporter à l'étal.Prévoir tout de même un budget (autour de 20€ le plat pour une viande) même si c'est justifié par la qualité des plats.Bonus: lorsque l'on demande une cuisson bleue, elle l'est!
