Excellent traditional bar, friendly atmosphere, really nice pub food, reasonably priced. Good pint of real ale.

Stopped by for fish and chips with mushy peas. Food was perfect, staff very friendly as were the couple of locals.

Didn't answer the phone so ate elsewhere, not terribly welcoming but OK

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Lovely traditional pub worth a look if you are passing by.

I went here recently and it was really calm, the people there are also very kind and the food is good quality. Love it

"Had the beef dinner. It wasn’t really up to scratch. Didn’t enjoy the beef was very tough and over done. I don’t think the Yorkshire’s were home made. Would have been lower but the service pulled it back up. All food came out together and hot. Other peoples meals looked ok.. just avoid the beef. Service: 4 Location: 4"

"We recently visited this place for a meal, after finding out it was dog friendly. The meal we had was exceptional and the staff were very professional and attentive. Not only were we fed well but the dog was also offered treats. We were so...impressed that we have already booked our next meal there. "Lovely little café! Went in here for breakfast and it was delicious! Extremely good value for the price! Tea, 2 mochas, fresh orange juice, a bacon sandwich, a sausage sandwich 2 egg and sausage muffins and a slice of cake for less than £30! Staff are so kind would definitely recommend!"
