"Came here prior to a family funeral so a bit of a family gathering. We all had something different with a very comprehensive explanation of the dishes on the specials board. It's clear that everything is cooked fresh to order and it shows through very well in the quality of the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and can't fault the restaurant for atmosphere and friendly service. We noticed that even though it was mid-week, there were several full tables, testament to the popularity of this place. Next time we are in Helensburgh, we will make sure we come back."

"Absolutely shocking service, mainly from the owner himself, staff treated like a bit of dirt on his shoe, can't stand people who can't treat employees correctly. Owner/head chef never smiles and he's constantly moaning about energy prices and fish prices.. Yes everyone is aware of the cost of living crisis, we are all suffering but god we don't need to hear it from you when we're giving your business a small fortune for a bit of over done fish and 22 chips!"

"I am a complete tourist to the area and i think this restaurant is a hidden gem! The restaurant is well maintained and decorated. The food was served quickly and tasted delicious. "Popped in on Saturday just after midday and had a delicious breakfast panini and a great tasting strong decaf coffee. Also had a lush chocolate and cherry cake. Everything I had was of an excellent standard, definitely great quality, excellent preparation and presentation.
