Lovely experience at the Norfolk! I would like to especially mention “Kat” who was very accommodating with my allergies. She was efficient, smiley and helpful at such an early hour of the morning. What aficionado72 doesn't like about The Norfolk Tap:
We made the mistake of having a beer in this bar three days in a row. The beer was ok, although Arundel Brewery beers are pleasant tending towards bland. The staff, on the other hand, were disinterested tending towards rude. View all feedback.
Horrendous! customers service is appalling! Very rude staff, undermining and to be quite honest disgusting. Will not be returning! DO NOT VISIT!!!! Shocking venue and awful customer service!
Very nice place, did not stay here, just booked a table for dinner. The food was excellent!
We had a lovely experience as a couple, a room over looking the high street with great views and a very nice meal. Will definitely go back.
Amazing historic building. The food was lovely, but the restaurant was just lacking a bit of atmosphere. It was a Monday night I guess.
Last minute booking as another hotel had let us down!! And I'm pleased they did otherwise we would not of had the opportunity to experience The Norfolk Arms. Lovely entrance, staff very welcoming (even at 21.30) and lovely room, 3 flights up to top of hotel but room 22 was worth the walk. Had a drink in The Snug bar and then had a good night's sleep, lovely bathroom and view across the roof tops of Arundel. Really special. Had an early start so didn't get to experience breakfast, but will definitely be back!
