Absolutely great find for breakfast on my trip in Asheville. It’s only been open three months but you would never know that. It is very much open kitchen concept so you see the entire process and how it’s done. The two cooks were on top of it the morning of 1/20 and everything tasted great. I’m not vegan and typically don’t seek it out but I would definitely go back! I recommend the skillet. It was filling and tasty.... View all feedback.
