While walking by this pub, I decided to stop in for a quick drink. I think it's important for bar staff to prevent customers from using excessive swearing. However, when a member of the staff is the one using inappropriate language, it gives the impression that the pub is not a suitable place to bring a lady or business associate. A cosy country pub with common sense. Clean, tidy with beer and food prices really well. Quite the surprise. We will be back.
Popped in for a pint. Was really welcoming. The blonde barmaid..I think her name was Jade..was very welcoming! Rushed off her feet. Did it all on her own! Not sure if she owns it..but she should!! Poor gal deserves a pay rise!

What a fantastic pub. Very friendly people and great hosts( Hannah and Pat) great Sunday dinners. Well worth a visit, you won’t be disappointed
Very welcoming pub. Friendly bar staff. All round really nice atmosphere. I shall be visiting again.
