Were locals and when we have take away,we always use them. Their batter on their fish and other items is so light n crispy, BEAUTIFUL. Definetly recomend

"Came over this place quite randomly at the time they were very busy, but the man let us eat in the bar as we have starved. eating when it arrived was fantastic, the portions were a good size and choice was good, even better offered a gluten-free meal that my man enjoyed very much, the staff was very friendly and helpful. many thanks for a beautiful meal and a great atmosphere. hopefully we come back"

"A thoroughly enjoyable, if slightly odd evening. The pies were great, nicely cooked and tasty, the chips were a little plain but crisp, the mushy peas just mushy peas and the gravy nice and tasty but probably bisto. It may sound that it didn't think much of the food but I really enjoyed it all. The price tag, at £8.95 for pie and chips is great. To cap it off the host, and his mum were a true comedy double act, slightly fringe comedy, but funny. Give the place a go!"

"Fantastic restaurant in this hotel. We were not staying here but were made to feel very welcome and served up some delicious food at surprisingly good prices. I had the seabass, delicious with some lovely delicate flavours and beautifully presented, my husband had the vegetarian shepherds pie. He thoroughly enjoyed it and it was good to see that, not only did they have a great selection of vegetarian food but some imaginative thought had gone into it and it was all freshly made too. we couldn't resist the sticky toffee for desert and WOW! it was amazing!!! The staff were working very hard; it was the lead up to christmas and the restaurant was very busy, but they were all, not only professional but very pleasant and friendly with it; a real credit to the place. The whole experience was first class and we will definitely be back when next in Aviemore."

"We stopped in for breakfast. It was moderately busy, we were seated right away. The food was great, they have a good selection for breakfast and lots of vegetarian options. It’s tucked off the main road in an industrial section. Might be a little hard to find compared to other options in Aviemore but I highly recommend you try and get here."

"Went in for an early lunch just after 11 and at that moment it was crowded so we managed to snag the last table available. Since it was before 1130 it was breakfast menu available. Two specials available today, mozzarella and pesto panini, plus a brie/bacon/cranberry panini served with chips and sallad. Both panini verions made for a great lunch, pancakes was approved by the children. Small but cozy place and you get good coffee and edibles. Suits grownups as well as kids."
