First thing I noticed pulling in is the arrows on the drive are backwards and all the parking spaces face the other direction... walking in the menu screens are on the opposite side of the room from the queue line, so while your standing in line you cannot read the menu and must wait in line to see the menus on the opposite side, it causes people to take up more time to see what they want after getting to the registe...
