I once tasted what had been dubbed the "best Margherita pizza in the world" and I can honestly tell you that the Margherita pizza the Forge makes is 100%

Warm, friendly and relaxed - this was the perfect place to warm up after a night out at Sovereign Hill.

A family celebration for a birthday was terrible on so many levels. The menu was limited and the special had "run out". The only main vegetarian option arrived....

"The four of us had Sunday dinners and it was very special. We had another main dish, fillet steak, duck, salmon and garlic shrimp. The whole food was excellent and beautifully presented. The service of our host was attentive and with everything to see. Wow and I thought a new two-hut cook was good. This restaurant is a treasure and here in Ballarat."

"Just for this for dinner tonight. Got the “Sir Truffle” without the mayo and the basil for my first ever burger ever, and omg it was amazing! The chips were awesome as always! I don’t think I’ve ever been this full before. Thanks for the excellent food and keep up the great work, people!"
