Rooms are clean. The bathrooms needs an upgrade. No elevator for the hotel makes it difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The front desk should make people aware of this when they book. The breakfast is a great value and was fresh. View all feedback.

You get what you pay for.

"In the hot summer and after coming back from a long journey of trail walking, we stopped by Cows and got different flavors of ice cream. That was a great and refreshing treat."

"We went here as a big group to celebrate a birthday. I had a stroller and it wasn’t clear to see how to get downsomeone carried it down the stairs for me. Leaving we saw that there was an elevator, just not marked well on the main floor I guess. Bowling was fun. One of our lanes was having technical issues but the staff did what they could to move us around given it was a weekend time slot and busy. The food was excellent, way better than any of us expected for a bowling alley to be honest. Loved the pizza and wings and the service was fast and friendly. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Banff."
