"Excellent hotel with stunning views and excellent service!!! I was here for skiing and hiking and the concierge was great to tell us about sights. The food is great, but the water is expensive. $6.00 for 650ml water. Pool, Jacuzzi, Squash, Suna, Steam room, Basketball, Spa and fitness center are excellent rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5."

"I have been craving a muffin, found a delicious chocolate vegan one here! Also had a nice cold oat milk latte. We had some internet searching we needed to do, this was a very chill spot that let us use the free wifi and sit around without bothering us."

"So there's a pub part (downstairs) and then there's a restaurant part (upstairs). I didn't realize but the pub part has the sausage platter, but when asked about it at the restaurant, our waitress said that they could serve it upstairs at the restaurant too. Cool! The pub seems to also have chicken wings and bratwurst.. but I didn't ask about these. We also ordered the schnitzel with the cheeses on top. Both the sausage platter and schnitzel dishes were executed great. Also has the pretzel the mustard was awesome. Dessert was also fantastic. I knew I had to get the black forest cake. It's quite different.. had a lot of whipped cream. Apple strudel was also heaven. Both desserts were huge I think one should be shared by two people. Julie, our waitress, was great. She was knowledgable, super attentive and knew what she was doing. I'd totally go again in a heartbeat."

"The location of the hotel is a 15 minute walk out of the village was a bit too far to be honest. The room was big enough but could have done with more space and it was very dated. We had a strange smell of stale urine coming from the bathroom fan which was unpleasant and we told the staff at the desk about it. There was a nice little balcony but with a rubbish view of the building next door. The breakfast was excellent, as there was a lot of choice, especially healthier options."

"This is a buffet-style cafeteria at the Banff Centre. The food is quite good, but the prices are awful. One cannot simply have toast here, unless you wish to pay almost $30 for it! It's buffet or nothing in here. There are good food choices and sandwich bar, good options for various diets."

"Wonderful staff. Great attention without being intrusive. The staff we interacted with spoke multiple languages. The food was tasty and was of high quality. Apparently they hand make many of the sauces rather than buying canned sauces. It is a great place to take someone special for a special night out. I recommend this restaurant."

"We picked up a couple of ready-made sandwiches for a hike. They were good, but nothing out of the ordinary either. However, people were lined up every morning, so perhaps there are other pastries and coffee that are great. They open early, so that's convenient if you need something early in the morning."
