"We went here as a big group to celebrate a birthday. I had a stroller and it wasn’t clear to see how to get downsomeone carried it down the stairs for me. Leaving we saw that there was an elevator, just not marked well on the main floor I guess. Bowling was fun. One of our lanes was having technical issues but the staff did what they could to move us around given it was a weekend time slot and busy. The food was excellent, way better than any of us expected for a bowling alley to be honest. Loved the pizza and wings and the service was fast and friendly. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Banff."

"Great spot to grab a beer and a snack. Extremely friendly staff with a great view of the mountains. Great German beer as well. Worth a visit!"

"Dingy basement pub with chewy air and darts. Had steak sandwich on special which was ok but the gravy was hideous (confirmed). Slight smell of smoke inside."

"The location of the hotel is a 15 minute walk out of the village was a bit too far to be honest. The room was big enough but could have done with more space and it was very dated. We had a strange smell of stale urine coming from the bathroom fan which was unpleasant and we told the staff at the desk about it. There was a nice little balcony but with a rubbish view of the building next door. The breakfast was excellent, as there was a lot of choice, especially healthier options."

"Probably one of the worst dining experiences every. Started right at the front door. Wasn’t welcomed at all. It was almost like we were bothering the hostess for showing up. If you don’t want to do the job at least pleasantly. You really should find something else to do. Food wasn’t at all up to other restaurants in the area. Won’t be going back or any other tony romas in the future. Don’t waste your time or money here. Lots of great options close by."
