"We had a wonderful experience eating at the house. From the champagne and champagne sample to the delicate dessert everything was beautiful! Our server was very personal and we even shared our favorite cooking shows, as we discussed wine pairings and the regional commitment of the cook and cooking staff. The ambience was increased by the decor and the view from the table with the background of the mountain. A huge culinary experience!"

"Our group got a little hungry while walking around and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Definitely make reservations ahead of time (especially if visiting on the weekend)! Lucky for us, a party of 4 didn't show up in time for their reservation and we took their spot. The customer service was great! Our waitress Tash was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Although, the menu was a little on the slim side, it gave us the chance to try something new. We were not disappointed! The food tasted fresh, had lots of flavor, and filling. Prices are reasonable."

"Had the breakfast buffet here about a week ago and the selection was great, service was excellent and the entire experience was wonderful. I was served by Neil (Lionel) and Martine, and both were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed/demanded. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar and enjoyed the entire experience! Next time I'm in Banff, I'd go back."

"I love COws ice cream !! It’s definitely better in the original factory in PEI , but this place has the best ice cream in Banff !! Wait in that line . It’s worth it. Chocolate covered chips are a need to try !"

"We arrived early after a full day of walking. it really hit the spot. there are not too many izakayas in my opposite, so I wanted to try it out. the server was attentive and fast. probably because we were one of the only ones to eat around 17 o'clock. I ordered oldashi tofu, hühneryakitori, meerrettich and salmon with rice and a grilled makrele. the makrele has too many bones. next time I will choose another grilled fish as recommended by the hamachi kama. also got the mini-creme broth with chocolate turf and a blueberry cup. I'll skip next time. very full of everything else. large menu and ambiente!"
