Inflated pricing is expected in the touristy town of Banff and comes with the territory..but if you're looking for a good quality meat filled sandwich...

I've had so far the salmon and the Montreal smoked meat sandwiches, and I look forward to try the rest of them in the nearby future! Small and great...

"We had an excellent meal here, with friendly staff and nice ambiance. We aren 't local (we 're on a trip out west) but found this to be a highlight of our time in Banff and Canmore. There are not many Filipino options and it is not exactly authentic Filipino cuisine. The only Filipino Large Dish was the Kare Kare, which is pictured here BUT it was a great twist on it. I think they do some Filipino fusions and I am usually wary of those but they aced it here."

"I'm not trying to be dramatic but this is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The ambiance is phenomenal. Their chili oil is to die for. Their salads, DELICIOUS. The service, food and beer are all fantastic."

"Ankor was excellent. we had a great evening dinner there on the 20th. the duck and foie gras were delicious and the apple cocktail from the bar was one of the best drinks I had for years. the mood was nice and the conversation with the cook made for a really great dinner. I don't have any photos of desserts, but we also enjoyed them. prices were what they would expect for a beautiful restaurant with high quality ingredients. I would recommend the place without hesitation."

"This place might not look like much from the outside but don’t write of off. The service and the food are both on point. The outdoor seating has lots of umbrellas to keep the sun off. The inside is ok as well. The burgers are large and the portion of fries is very generous. The burgers come with all the fixings which you can remove anything you don’t like. The milkshakes are a do not miss."

"That's a good food. the menu is limited because each dish is original and created with care. the proportions are modest, which emphasizes the quality over the quantity. the server was friendly and attentive. we had a nice dinner for two and could have a quiet talk."

"The food was good, but probably over priced for what it was like everything at the Banff Springs. It was filling though. Lots of seating, menu was limited. The staff was excellent, it was a good choice for lunch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3"

"Was very good. Would recommend. Wish there was one of these closer to where I live. We got a poutine, beef samosas and the giant unlimited topping pizza. I figured that with unlimited toppings they would kinda be chince, but to my surprise it was well topped. The poutine was great as were the samosas."
