45 minutes after ordering takeout, I received a text saying my meal was on its way. 50 minutes later, I called to ask why it still hadn't arrived and was told it left 8 minutes ago. No apology. It's over two hours now since I ordered and it has finally arrived. You've lost my custom. View all feedback.
Just finished a great meal, couldn’t fault it. Lovely and hot and plenty of it. Would 100% recommend and use again when we come back to bath A
Food was cold and over half the dish was onion hardly any vegetables and no meat. We asked for a refund and were refused. Been going here for years not impresse...
